Delivery fine no problems not built it yet

Quick dispatch with notifications and a text from driver before delivery. Quickly dropped off and checked everything had been delivered. Having noticed an item was missing was quickly resolved and out for delivery within the next working day

Very efficient with the order. Changing the delivery date was no problem and they even delivered 6 days earlier. It was perfect. Delivery was quick, polite and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Ordered a bike shed, parts were damaged. Could not contact the company as they were shut all over Christmas and as we needed the bike shed we built it. Got in touch with customer services and explained the situation. After 3 emails stating that we did NOT want replacement parts as the shed was already built we could instead like some money back. Then got an email to say the damaged parts had been reordered and would be delivered shortly. Phoned customer services who apologised, cancelled the delivery and would get speak to a manager and get back to me. 3 days later I phoned back, another apology and again told a manager would phone within 48 hours. 1 week later still nothing!!!! Would not recommend this company at all.

was expecting better with the price i paid, not enough notice on delivery time, even though it was a5.30 pm friday drop, not my fault,not impressed with driver`s manner.shed panels varied in shape, and size , presuming all done on a jig, not great. not great for possibly someone not into carpentry. i`m afraid not overly impressed.

i liked the driver, even tho he was not english.
he delivered everything well, he confirmed i have the instructions online, and took photos to be sure everything was delivered. it was a good vibe,
also, i got the txt messages before, letting me know the time he would arrive.

The quality of the Tianna Summer House with Side Store is one of the worst purchases we have ever made.
The planks are insufficient with knocks and knots creating gaps between the grooves to let water in.
The doors don’t meet and the hardware is useless.
We have had loads of leaking and the plastic doors mist from the inside due to all of the condensation.
The instructions are hard to follow and only amplify the missing pieces.
Expect to spend more on getting it to standard. It’s nothing more than a flimsy, cheap shed. Cannot be classed as a Summer House.
Absolute rubbish. Buy elsewhere.

Delivery turned up at 7pm, no time given so we were just heading out. We out the shed up and the pieces were awful, poor quality and very mismatched. The panels were bowing, so much so the delivery driver noticed!!
We desperately needed our shed due to the previously one having just been dismantled. We emailed customer services to be told they'd replace the separate pieces that didn't match, no specified date again but could take its time. This wouldn't work for us as it needed to go up!! So left with a shoddy shed, no apology or offer of any partial refund.

So. I researched on line sheds and GBD seemed the most reasonable. I paid the money, got an achievable delivery date and all was well....until. the delivery date was randomly changed without checking it was convenient. The second date I could make I waited all day for the call and when the delivery guy phoned he realised he was still an hours drive away and refused to deliver. So. I called them told them the issue and gave the next date I could be there. The girl.was lovely but couldn't confirm. So. An email today giving a ridiculous date too close to the day I move!! Shabby and second rate service and I would not recommend to anyone that has a life and cannot randomly accommodate the stupid delivery service that doesn't deliver!!

Bad customer service. I need to return an item, which I'm entitled to do, but they are ignoring my request, despite contacting them multiple times, via different channels. Keep being told the returns team will contact me, but this never happens. I have an unassembled shed standing around in my living room, and really need to get rid of it asap. Very disappointed.

They kept me informed from the beginning to the actual delivery day. Was really pleased with my purchase and they keep in touch to make sure you have everything your supposed to get.customer service second to none.

I don’t even want to give one star. Such bad customer service. I ordered and paid for a cabin which had pieces missing and was a ft smaller each way. I have been ignored via email and put on hold on every call I’ve made. DO NOT

A 20ft x 10ft shed was ordered and arrived early Jan. The panels were very wet and mouldy, with many poorly constructed, a lack of precision. As such they needed trimming, in some cases rebuilding to align and fit; it is doubtful if the pressure treatment had taken place. The size of the shed is smaller than ordered, in our case 19.25ft x 9.3ft.
Assembly instructions are dangerous with respect to the base construction and turning over, when only held together with 100mm buttresses. Likewise the roof, in our case shingles were ordered, when reviewing the IKO website it was realised a membrane was needed before installing, this was not mentioned or provided. In essence we have had to reinforce the floor, side panels and membrane the roof. Garden Buildings Direct ask for feedback and appear accommodating, in reality they appear to take no responsibility for poor workmanship.

First time I have ever felt a need to write a review as the product I purchased was so inferior. T&G not formed correctly, massive knots in wood, some wood missing, some parts incorrect size. Had to buy replacement timber to complete build. Roof felt poor quality, roll was damaged. Instructions vague. delivery ended up being a joke. Windows flimsy and leak as do some joints. A DIY project not for the faint hearted. Wish I had read reviews before buying.
